June 2006 - October 2007

The programmatic alignment process in Central America provided a unique challenge in that the process brought together experiences from multiple countries (El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua) and then devise programmatic strategies with which all four country offices would be expected to align. Starting in June, 2006, the Central America office conducted the strategic alignment process on an ongoing basis until each group (5 sub-sectors were chosen) presented its final strategy in October, 2007.

The Central America office's summary of the programmatic alignment process is pending.
